Adults train on a Monday night between 8pm and 9.30pm.
Sessions are taken by a qualified coach and include a warm up, skills practice, team tactics and match practice. Although personal fitness is not a key part of training sessions, members are expected to maintain a reasonable level of fitness.
Juniors
Juniors train on Wednesdays

Wear sensible clothes relating to the weather
* Tracksuit bottoms (not dragging on the ground)
* Skirt / Shorts
* Polo short or T-shirt
* Sweatshirt (to wear at end of the session)
* Lightweight waterproof
* Trainers that can be done up tightly to protect ankles etc.
* No watches or jewellery (including studs)
* Hair tied up and off the face
* Drink (nothing fizzy, preferably water)
* Fingernails to be cut short
