Adults train on a Monday evening from 8-9.30pm, at either our home ground, or Yateley Manor School.
Sessions are led by a qualified coach and include a warm up, skills practice, team tactics and a match practice. Although personal fitness is not a key part of training sessions, members are expected to maintain a reasonable level of fitness.
